Today, Anonymous appears to have threatened to remove the New York Stock Exchange from the internet on October 10.
A video posted to YouTube with the familiar computer-generated voice that Anonymous is known to use stated that “On Oct. 10, NYSE shall be erased from the Internet. On Oct. 10, expect a day that will never, ever be forgotten.” The threat looks to be in response to the Occupy Wall Street protest, in which hundreds have been arrested, according to PCMag.
